  1. versatile Review by shawn99

I have had this drill for over a year now and love it. No problems with it handling any job I use it for. Screw tips, sockets, drill bits, all pop it in an instant. The rotating head is great for hard to reach spots where a large drill cannot get to. The electronic clutch is great for soft material, or switch it to drill mode for full torque. It also came in an all in one carry case with exrta batteries. It just won't die no matter how I abuse it from drops on flooring, or falling in water. (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  2. A cabinet installers secret weapon. Review by Not2old2remodel

Today kitchen cabinet manufactures make cabinets for every application. There is a size and shape to fit almost any little space. Knowing this when I design a kitchen I make every inch count. Clients appreciate the extra storage. I like the idea of using stock cabinets and producing a kitchen with that custom cabinet look.
Needless to say, utilizing every inch of space may develope a situation where space is tight.
Enter the SP10-2A. No room; no problem. This tool was born for this!
To begin with, the tool feels great in your hand. The feel along lets you know it is a Bosch. The tilt head allows the user to adjust the tool rather than trying to reposition his entire body. There is also plenty of torque given the compact design. It comes with two fast charging batteries.
Once again the people at Bosch were thinking like a contractor. They knew that we tend to work in tight spaces and gave us a tool to solve the problem. Kudos Bosch!!! (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  3. Fantastic all around Review by SBKPlumbing

Adjustable head for any hard to reach places. Adjustable torque for all types of work. Great battery life. Compact and light. Its one of my most frequently used power tools in my business. Quick change is super convenient. (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  4. Great compact drill Review by Firesprinkler

I bought this drill for my work. I needed a compact drill to get into tight places and one with decent power. I am very happy with the performance of the drill and was very surprised with the quality. Battery life is good and the charging time is fast. My only complaint is the short delay after pulling the trigger to start the drill. (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  5. High quality, versatile tool. Review by Butch

I was looking for a power screwdriver and selected the PS10-2A for its power and ability to function in close quarters. The other power screwdrivers I looked at were less powerful and would not reach inside small spaces I anticipated using a tool like this. I also like the fact that I can add other 12V tools from Bosch to my collection and use the same batteries. This tool has a hefty feel and fits my hands nicely. The grip is near the driver tip making it easier to guide the bit accurately. (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  6. awesome Review by austithewoodworker

love it its small and compact did great i put to good use (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  7. This tool is great for HVAC Tinners Review by OldTinner

I have done sheet metal work for many years and I have found this tool to be very effective when I need to get into some of those tight spaces installing HVAC duct systems. This tool's light weight is nice when using it for long periods of time and the driving power is outstanding. This driver can take some punnishment too. I have droped it several times from ladders and it still works fine. Other simmilar tools I have owned shattered on impact. This tool has taken away many of the headaches of installing tin work. 8. Home Improvement Dream Tool, but... Review by jbbmttx

This drill is a true companion. Especially because of the quick release chuck. Snap in a twist bit for a pilot hole then swap to screw driver bit. Wham-Bam!

The adjustable clutch will SAVE your bacon. Size AND weight is just right for tight work. The articulating head adjusts to allow access to any crazy position. Think about the uses! In our multi-room renovation, this booger assembles untold numbers of cabinets, bookcases and furnishings (we are Ikea junkies).

DO NOT expect trailer pulling torque. It is NOT that type of tool. Keep your 24 volt Big-Boy cordless driver handy for 3 inch deck screws.

The Bad? Died in 2 and a half years. I am bummed. I use the driver weekly and for several days at a time. One day it just stopped working! I DO NOT drop the tool into liquids. Although it has fallen off a step ladder. So is longevity an issue? Probably.

Regardless, I bought a new driver and am sending the non-finctional tool in for repair. I CANNOT work without this tool! (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  9. Convenient for tight spaces Review by gildedrain

I bought this drill for a cabinet project I was building where I needed to be able to drill in very tight corners. It worked perfectly! It matches the build quality and fantastic ergonomics I've come to expect from Bosch. (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  10. A great powerful driver is this PS10-a Review by Doug

My friend suggested Bosch next purchase, and I did. I maintain my own home and 2 rental units. This powerful driver will be very useful. It's light and seems to have more power than the listed 12V. (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  11. love it Review by Malone

this is a great tool! i wish it had more power but great for drilling and small screws. i have 3 of them (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  12. An almost perfect power screw driver Review by K9CHUCK

I have had this tool for several years and it appears the missing light has been added to the new model. Wish I had the lighted model. Just the same, I have used this so much for drilling and installing screws that I would think it should be worn out by now. Nothing could be further from the truth. Wish it had more power but if it ran on 18 volts I suspect I would want a 24 volt model.
My only complaint is that darn folding loop. It just will not stay put and seems to open up and get in the way all on it's own. I suspect a design problem that may have been fixed but everything I have tried has not solved that problem.
I have had to replace three batteries. The plastic latch device broke and because I have this tool and another that share the same battery I can't be sure which tool caused the problem - or was it just a battery design problem? (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  13. Small but powerful and long lasting Review by jgm90505

I had been using the DeWalt Right Angle cordless drill motor for a while but wanted something a little smaller (so I could get into smaller spaces between framing and easily drive longer screws). I purchased a refurbished model from the website and have been using it steadily now for several years. I have used this in the garage for automotive repairs, for driving lag bolts and screws into large lumber and for driving screws, mostly into framing and mostly larger screws (2-4inch).

Pros: The battery lasts a very long time and holds power basically until you're ready to replace with another. Although I don't use it all day long, I have used it on longer projects and have only had to change the battery a few times - most of the time, a single battery provides enough juice for the majority of jobs. I have never had trouble driving any wood screw (and have even snapped a few screws due to the torque which is able to be applied#. It will bog when driving larger lag bolts #which are really well beyond the intention of the device#.

The size makes it idea to get in between framing studs and drive longer screws #something I had difficulty doing with the Dewalt). I find the flexibility in the neck perfect although I mostly use it at a right angle.

It has become my "goto" screw driving tool.

    Cons:
    Can't think of any.

    Highly recommended (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  14. 90 % head is great Review by Wretchedr

I have the older model and have been very pleased with it's performance and durability. Even thought the head adjusts to multiple angles, I almost never use it at other than 90 degrees. Because of this, it saves a lot of headaches by getting into some very tight places. The only thing I might ask for is a two speed switch to make drilling a little faster, but not a big deal as it is. (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  15. Plenty of power Review by David

This is the first of three of the 12v Li tools I own and it gets the most use.
This tool has been used daily for a year and a half because it is so handy. I use it for driving fastners of all kinds up to 3/8" and for drilling up to 1/4". With my comprehensive set of bits I can use this on almost every job I do. The quick change from bit to bit is brilliant. The Li batteries last a really long time and recharge very quickly. The rotating head comes in handy, but I almost always use it set at 90 deg. Lastly the electronic clutch works pretty well, but could use even lower settings. This is definitely worth the price and you'll want to buy more from this line of tools. (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  16. Performs the designed function very well, Excellent build quality Review by Electrician

Being a light commercial electrician, I have used cordless 3.6volt stick screwdrivers as my primary screwdriver for 20 years along side a big cordless drills such as current 18volt models. I bought the PS-10 to merge some of the functions of each into one tool that would fit in my tool pouch. The Bosch PS-10 has the power and speed to drive self drilling screws, sheet rock screws, drill small pilot holes etc. that the 3.6v models do not. Also the pivoting head is great for fitting in most any place, and the battery life is great too.
As much as I love the tool I have a few sugestions for improvement.
    1. Put a light on it like the PS-11
    2. change the chuck to the one off of the PS-21 driver as it holds the 1'tips and any bit more securely.
    3. my tool doesnot always want to reverse when switched. Not sure if just my tool or common issue.

Overall I highly recomend the tool for electricians. I use it with the PS-21 pocket driver and the PS-41 impactdriver. (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  17. This is a little powerhouse. Review by van go2

I bought this for it's articulating ability but I'm very impressed with it's power and battery life. I was looking for something light enough and small enough to do some cabinet drawer retro-fitting. This was the right chose. But what really impressed me was it's ability to drive 3'" deck screws and drill 1" spade bits through floor joists. The only draw back to this drill is it only accepts hex head bits and I've not had much luck in finding a complete set. (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  18. My on the go power tool. Review by Mike A.

I do property management and often time do my own repairs. I have a complete workshop at home so I have all the tools needed but for portability I take this with me every time. Most times I don't need my drill or impact driver and this thing has more than enough power for anything I need to do in the field. Great little case as well that has enough room for a bit set with some basic drill bits as well.
I have dropped this a couple of times and it is rock solid. I can also get into spots that a normal impact driver or drill cannot fit into.
This won't replace my 18V Li-ion Bosch Impact Driver any time soon in the shop but for medium duty tasks this has never me down in the 2 to 3 years I have owned it. (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  19. Versatility Unsurpassed! Review by Daveg6

This was my first Bosch product and I really like it. I use this in a woodworking shop. I use this for everything, it is my goto drill/driver. I use it quite often with the PS41-2A impact driver, they even use the same battery. The pivoting head allows me to drill/drive in places a standard drill could never reach. Battery lasts all day long. Plenty of power, I've never had to switch drivers because this wasn't up to the task. Very friendly ergonomics, handle is excellent, switch is in perfect position and responsive. Torque adjustments are actually usable, you can feel the difference. The shape allows you to keep pressure behind the head to prevent stripping. Very light and compact. Only feature missing is an LED light at the front. Highly Recommended!! (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  20. Incredibly useful; goes where other drills won't Review by rlalonde

I am only an occasional tool user, but have used tools for 45 years. This is the first review I have ever written for a product. This driver allows you to drill and drive in places that no other power tool does. It has enough power and torque adjustments to get delicate and rough jobs done. It is suprisingly powerful for its size and voltage. I think this will be my number one driver for just about all of my day-to-day tasks around the house and workbench. (Posted on 9/26/2013)

  21. Nice tool but didn't hold up. Review by rpmopar

Nice tool but the gear box didn't hold up. I have had this tool over a year. It hasn't had a lot of use or abuse. The gear on the main motor shaft came loose and slips. Now the tool is useless. Replacement part cost as much as the entire tool. (Posted on 9/26/2013)
